(http://en.jbo.co.il/Anat_Edri_soprano/) Anat Edri was born in 1989 and finished the High School of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, she is also a graduate of the Ancor Choir, with which she appeared as soloist in Israel and abroad. She studies voice at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance in the class of Bibiana Goldenthal and with the vocal coach Zvi Semel. She earned the Sharet Foundation scholarships for the years 2007-08 and the Rokem Excellence Scholarship in 2007. She has participated in various master classes with the greatest artists, such as Andreas Scholl, Eda Moser, Jeannette Fabro-Reuther, Gert Ocker and others.
At the age of 17 she sang the First Lady part in the Magic Flute by Mozart with the Jerusalem Symphony in the concert-series Do-Re-Mix. She appeared as soloist with the Jerusalem Oratorio Choir performing Cantata 106 by Bach. She also sang the soprano parts of the Gloria by Vivaldi, Te-Deum by Charpentier and the Ode to Queen Mary by Purcell with Israel Camerata Orchestra. Recently she appeared with Ensemble 21 in the Hungarian Songs by Bartok and this year she will appear again as soloist with the ensembles Phoenix and Baroccada and will participate in master-classes with Eda Moser at the Salzburg Mozarteum.

Sie absolvierte zunächst ein Gesangsstudium an der Musikakademie ihrer Heimatstadt Jerusalem bei Bibiana Goldenthal und wechselte anschließend an die Hochschule für Musik und Theater Leipzig Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, wo sie von Jeanette Favaro-Reuter unterrichtet wird.
Bereits im Alter von 17 Jahren sang Anat Edri die Erste Dame (Die Zauberflöte) mit dem Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra. In Konzerten und Recitals trat sie in Israel sowie im Ausland auf. Mit dem Jerusalem Baroque Orchestra sang sie die Händel-Kantate Tra le fiamme und in Alessandro Scarlattis Oratorium Agar et Ismaele esiliati, das sie auch in einer szenischen Produktion mit dem Ensemble Austrian Baroque Connection aufführte.
Weiters war Anat Edri in Purcells King Arthur unter Andrew Parrott, in Händels Judas Maccabaeus und in Adriano Banchieris Madrigalkomödie La pazzia senile zu hören. 2010 wurde sie vom Centre Français de Promotion Lyrique für ein Konzert an der Opéra Bastille in Paris eingeladen. 2011 folgten Aufführungen von Camilla de Rossis Oratorium Il figliuol prodigo unter Eva Maria Pollerus und von Charpentiers Comédie-ballet Le Malade imaginaire mit dem Jerusalem Baroque Orchestra unter Andrew Parrott. Im Mai 2012 wirkte Anat Edri in der Uraufführung von Sarah Nemtsovs Oper LAbsence bei der Münchener Biennale mit.
Zukünftige Engagements führen die junge Sängerin als Contessa di Ceprano (Rigoletto) an die Oper Leipzig und mit einem Liederabend in die Laeiszhalle in Hamburg.
