Frankenstein vereinigt wie keine andere Band Stilelemente aus Deathrock, Punk, Psychobilly und dreckigem Rock'n'Roll. Sänger Dave Grave gründete die US-Deathrock-Formation Voodoo Church, Gitarrist Jeremy Meza spielte u.a. mit Faith & the Muse und Element, Drummer Stevyn Grey trommelte schon für legendäre Bands wie Christian Death, Shadow Project, Mephisto Waltz und Faith & the Muse.
